Hi,
We purchased your theme a few years back and I have just realised it’s not updating so I put an API key in yesterday but when I go to updates it says No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.8.4) Obviously this isn’t he latest version so I manually updated the theme which resulted in a critical error. Can you let me know why this is stuck on an old version please and what I need to do to bring it up to date.

Thank you for the inquiry.
What are the errors? Please provide the site URL in the private field. We may have to resolve that error first, then resave the theme options and disable the Performance > File Compression settings temporarily. Also, please make sure to update the theme regularly to avoid this type of issues in the future.
