Hello
since 3 before updates, the web design After the updates, looks like it change the design and make bad estructure in several pages. It happens and change the pictures align, or texts. Also if i have a back color “blue in my case” he do not respect that it is only for what is inside. The blue color go down and now the background color is also blue in other objects (pictures or texts) and they are outside the color section. I try to edit and check the web design and everything looks fine,. but when you see the web the page design it is broken.
Please help it broke my web 3 times this is crazy.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for that. Did you try to clear the cache from your caching plugin and from your local browser? If that doesn’t work then please post screenshots of the problem and we’ll have a closer look.

nothings happens after clear cache or local browsers. In the Attached screenshots you can see the problems.

I enabled the Avia Layout Builder Debug and copied your page to a clean install, which then worked correctly. Please see screenshot in Private Content area.
Which leds me to believe your are experiencing a plugin conflict, Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. Also try clearing any cache plugin and your browser cache after disabling your plugins.Best regards,
