Hi there. I downloaded and purchased your theme when it was 3.5. I see you have updated and now are at 3.8.4. Is there a way I can update the theme without losing all of my customizations?

Hey Dorothy Bagley,
It should be safe to update if you haven’t made any changes to any of the theme core files. If you have done so and not used a child theme then I would suggest you install one and move all your edits into it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/.
In any case I would recommend that you properly backup your site prior to updating.
