    Although we use a vaild Envato token, Enfold doesn’t update automatically. What can we do?

    Hi Christa,

    I’m not sure what problem you are referring to anymore to be honest. When you say automatic, does that imply that you expect the theme to be updated without any interaction at all from you? If so then that is not how it works, you still have to actively update the theme in the backend of WordPress. If I’m misunderstanding you then please try to clarify the problem you are having.
