Updated to WP4.1, Enfold 4.03, but still problems with Slideshow/Google/Forms

After a customer complained of loosing his Slideshows, I checked the website. I found that also the Google maps and forms were affected.
I checked here, and saw the issue was linked to WP4.01 and the old(er) theme files.
Si I upgraded WP and Enfold locally first (XAMMP) and tested everything before rollout on the web. Strange thing is that locally it all works fine, but on the web it still doesn’t work. I updated by FTP, replacing the Enfold files with the latest 4.03 ones after updating the site’s WP on the web.

Anyone has a clue why the same site is working locally, but not on the web? There’s no cache plugins or alike running on the site.
It doesn’t work in -all- browsers, so it’s not a IE/FF/Chrome/Opera etc. one.
