After updating to WordPress 4.1 it is no longer possible to switch between VISUAL and TEXT, and the TinyMCE menu is broken. We have no other plugins installed.
We will down grade so we can continue working on the site and await an update :)
Hi RightHere!
It seems to be working fine on my end. Try deactivating all plugins and create a backup and reinstall WordPress.
If that does not fix it then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

Elliott
We had no other plugins installed. Only Enfold theme on a WordPress 4.1. However we discovered the problem. We wanted to test the new centralized WordPress features in Plesk. And by enabling the security it messes up native WordPress scripts

We disabled the security check on wp-includes and now the WordPress TinyMCE native editor works again.
Sorry for the trouble, but hope this can help others if they use the “security check” in Plesk for WordPress sites.
