    I have just updated a site at http://www.oglecarwax.com/ to Enfold v3.1.3 and there are some issues:

    1. The header menu position is set to Logo Left, Menu Right but it’s now not in the header at all, it’s towards the right of the content area and widely spaced down the page. The top level menu items are Home | About Us | Products | Contact Us.

    2. The header behaviour is set to Sticky Header and Shrinking Header but it’s doing neither.

    Any idea how I can fix these?

    Hi Artinet!

    please deactivate all plugins to check if this changes anything with your menu and header. Maybe one plugin is causing a conflict. Afterwards you can activate them all again one by one to see which one is the causing one.

    If that does not help please send us admin access so we can take a closer look into the issue. Post login details here as private reply.

    Hi Andy

    There are only two plugins, Admin Collapse Subpages and BuckupBuddy, I deactivated them but it didn’t help. I’ve left them deactivated and I’ll follow up with login details.

    Hey!

    You created your own header.php and footer.php file inside the child theme folder. Please overwrite it with the latest theme files.

    Hi!

    Great. It’s good practice to create a change log of every modifications made in the theme files in order to retain it in case you update the theme again.
