    Hi all

    Any idea why this is happening? It wouldn’t update the theme through wordpress so I updated using the zip file and the plugin recommended on threads elsewhere here (updates via zip file plugin) but I’m now showing as version 3.8 still, any idea why?
    The site in question is checkpro.com

    Hi,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. If you need help with updating then we need FTP login details as well, along with a verification that you have backups of the site.

    Thanks for that, I see that you are still running 3.8. If you need help with updating then we need FTP login details as well, and a verification that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong.
