    Hi!

    I updated to version 5.2, and now my custom footer has been replaced with what looks like the default one.

    I can’t seem to change it with the footer widgets. I have included all of the necessary info for admin help.

    Hi Guenni007,

    I’m not confident that I understand how to rename/edit the header/footer.php files, hence why I am asking for help from the admin team.

    If you want to provide detailed step-by-step instructions on how to do it might be able to try it.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. The WordPress token is working, but the FTP details leads to a folder which is empty, and there’s no way of navigating anywhere else. Please check the FTP account and make sure it leads to for example your root folder.
