    Where exactly are seeing that message? Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hello

    I tried to update my Enfold theme from Version 4.7.5. to the new version (4.7.6.1) from the wordpress zip file download however it is giving me the following error:
    Errors occured checking on 2020/07/29 15:53:
    Download Package URL: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – response_code: 403
    – reason: scope-missing
    Download Package URL: A problem occured accessing your download link. Unable to perform update.
    Following Envato package errors occured:
    Enfold – Request for Download URL failed.
    Please advise what needs to be done.

    Hi Illingco,

    Thanks for that. So this error is sent via email after you update the theme? If so then does it continue to send the same error message? Also, is something not working as it should on your site?

    Yes via email after initial theme update. And every time there is an update. It does not continue and the site seems to function properly. Strange errors…

    Hi Illingco,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what to say about the problem you are having to be honest, but it’s good that the site is working as it should at least. At the next update, could you try to deactivate all plugins to see what happens then? You might not be able to deactivate plugins on your live site, if that is the case then you might want to consider creating a staging copy of the site, where you can try things like this out on first.

    I am getting the same error after i upgraded the theme. I get an email once every few days from wordpress with the content below.:
    I have tried to overwrite the files several times but the same error keeps showing up.
