    Hello there!

    We are building out a site using enfold. After updating the theme both the header image and testimonial carousel are just showing white space.

    Could someone give me some insight into how I can fix this?

    If you are using a child theme, update the header there as well .

    Hi FZKFranziska,

    Please post WordPress login details in private as well so that we can have a closer look. You could try to disable all functionality under Enfold->Performance to see if that helps.

    I tried to disable functionality and that did not seem to help.

    One more thing… looks like the footer is not loadng either since making this theme update. At this point I am really not sure what is going on.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. What happens if you remove header.php and footer.php from your child theme? The footer file looked empty but you have content in the header file, you can copy the original file from the parent, then place your customisations in that file instead.
