Recently I changed my front page in my enfold themed website and now when I view it on a desktop I still get the old home page but if i view it on my iPhone i get the new front page. Is this a problem with the responsive engine?
If I try to view the page from design/edit then it works fine. But if I start an incognito window it goes back to the old home page. This is also happening to friends of mine around the world that I have asked to view the page.The only cache I have is the built in one in WordFence and this has already been cleared a number of times.

I can see on the source code of your page that your page is cached by WP-Super-Cache a month ago

YigitWe don’t have it installed and I don’t ever remember anyone installing it but I have removed the files from the back end and it seems to be working properly now.
