August 20, 2021 at 6:00 am #1317566Hey dgor1234,
Thanks for the screenshot. I checked the mobile menu on the site in private, but I can’t see any problems on my end. Could you try to load the page in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 20, 2021 at 5:55 pm #1317654Hi Rikard.,
Thank you for your response. I put an old version of the Enfold and disabled the new one, because customers constantly log in into the website and I did not want to lose customers. I will put a new Enfold version on the weekends in order for you to see the problem.
Thank you very much for your help in this matter.

dentzar.comAugust 23, 2021 at 6:14 am #1317903Hi dgor1234,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

August 25, 2021 at 4:23 am #1318195Hi,
Thanks for the login details. The theme version number is correct, but the layout of the theme options doesn’t seem correct. Could you try deleting the old version of the theme, to see if that helps please? We can check it out for you, or upload a fresh copy of the theme, if you include FTP login details in private as well.
Best regards,
