    Hi firstly thanks for Enfold theme I have had it since 2013 and it looks great. I up dated the Enfold theme for the 1st time yesterday since I have installed it in 2013 and done so by using FTP client Fire Zilla and watched your FTP video on up dating theme.
    In essence I down loaded EnfoId update and then down loaded it onto my File Server as per the video.
    I then found I lost the web page.

    I have not updated Word Press since 2013 and was too scared to just in case I did something wrong.

    I tried to look through the forum but could not find an easy solution as I am not a web designer.
    Can you please help guide me on how to restore web page as I sell our wine through the page.

    Hey Giammarino,

    It looks like your site is throwing a 500 internal server error, would you be able to restore the site from a backup? If you are unsure on how to do that then I would suggest that you contact your hosting provider, they should be able to help you out with that.
