i need to hlep update the theme we have i dont have the Envato private token was hope you can look it up for me

You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and then insert your Personal Token into Enfold theme options. If you are using Enfold version older than 4.5, you would need to manually update the theme to the latest version – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. Envato updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5 so Personal Token would not work on older versions of the theme.
