October 3, 2019 at 3:46 pm #1144492I am back to version 4.5.7.
October 4, 2019 at 3:53 am #1144816Hi pharefm,
What happens if you activate one of the default WordPress themes like Twentynineteen?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 4, 2019 at 8:58 am #1144919If I switch to the Twenty Nineteen theme the forms show up (besides the enfold shortcodes obviously not working)
It used to work just fine with the previous enfold versions, we need a fix ASAP,
we accept Donations through forms and users are calling us telling us they can’t see the form anymore.October 5, 2019 at 4:45 am #1145202Hi pharefm,
The form you have has inline CSS which hides it, it doesn’t look to be coming from the theme. But since it’s working with default themes then there must be something else going on. Please try this CSS to see if it helps:
.gf_browser_safari { display:block !important; }
Best regards,
RikardOctober 7, 2019 at 9:07 am #1145684Hello Rikard,
No that’s not the issue,
the form has conditional blocks, that should be hidden unless a specific option is checked.
Your *fix* breaks this,
As stated before the same exact form worked with enfold before, and still works with other themes.October 7, 2019 at 12:26 pm #1145740The problem can be found on line 629 in “avia-snipped-cookieconsent.js”.
October 7, 2019 at 9:04 pm #1145902Hi,

YigitOctober 8, 2019 at 9:12 am #1146062Hi, after update to 4.6.3.1 cookie banner doesn’t appear on mobile anymore (nor in Safari desktop), e.g. in Oberwaldsiedlung-walldorf.de or ruby-nature.de. Any ideas? Thy Jo

October 8, 2019 at 9:32 am #1146075Hi,
@jdiehl please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable “Javascript file merging and compression”, save theme options, enable and save theme options again. I am still seeing old file on your installation and that should fix it :)Best regards,
YigitOctober 8, 2019 at 11:53 am #1146116Hi, that does the job for Safari desktop. Banner still doesn’t appear on mobile! thx. Jo
