I read your recent post with similar problems resulting after the update. I have followed all your suggested solutions, including using FTP to update my theme again. I still am unable to get the easy slider to function. WordPress is also up to date.
The slider fails on the Homepage and another one on the Cakes & Pie page. I provided access information below in the private content section.
I have tried for two days to solve what is most likely an easy fix but can’t find the problem. I’d REALLY appreciate your help as this site is a live site for a Bakery business.
May 8, 2016 at 5:57 am #628799Hey mhayes13,
Very sorry for the delayed response.
The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
Best regards,

VinayMay 11, 2016 at 12:39 am #630307Still not working. Did hard refresh as instructed. Even your image attached above does not reflect the slider. The slider images should be showing to the left of the section titled “Lawson’s Bakery Offers Amazing Pastries & Breakfast to Match”.
Please help. There was absolutely no problem prior to the most recent update.

Solid Rock Baptist Church Of CalgaryMay 12, 2016 at 4:43 am #631097Hi Team Enfold,
The slider is visible now because we have rolled back our WordPress core version from 4.5.2 to 4.3.3, and it allows the site to load properly now. Prior to doing this we had done every check recommended by your support, including FTP, etc. and turning off each plugin one by one to determine a possible cause but they were not to blame.
Our WordPress support expert then recommended we reach out to this theme developer and check/request that they have an update available that allows the site to load properly on the latest WordPress version.
Until the update from your end can be provided we had to roll back the core WordPress version because this is a live commercial site for a small business and we needed it to work. This is the reason you are now able to see the slider/images.

May 12, 2016 at 7:02 pm #631523Hi,
Have you tried adding the code posted here as well – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/having-problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-4-5-please-read-this-first/?
You can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and create a testing environment and update WordPress there and test if everything works correctly and if they do not, we can make our tests there
Best regards,
YigitMay 13, 2016 at 5:06 am #631779Considering we have our site hosted with a respected provider that specializes in WordPress sites and had them trouble shoot and clearly drill down the issue to the theme developer makes me wonder if others aren’t experiencing this same issue since updating. I’m nervous about attempting the above steps as I am not comfortable trying something on a live business site in case something goes wrong. All the above steps you mentioned have already been attempted prior to going to this forum. ???
May 13, 2016 at 1:25 pm #632036Hi,
You can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and create a testing environment and try updating everything there and if it still does not work correctly, you can send us credentials to your testing environment and we can make our tests there :)
Best regards,
