Hi there
I am having issues with my Enfold theme – it currently runs on 3.4.7 (i think) and I want to upgrade to 3.5. I am not able to properly load any menu in the Enfold tab, it keeps loading with no results (my hosting company has the same issue) and I am not able to upgrade using wp-admin dashboard.
I have also tried uploading it via FTP which just fails due to network timeouts. I don’t know how to make sense of it but somehow the Enfold theme seems to be at the center of most of these issues.
Any ideas out here? Thanks!

Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and FTP login and posting them here privately so we can update the theme for you?
Also, please upload the latest version of enfold.zip on your server.Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Is there any way to fix the issue using wp-admin dashboard? Using FTP just creates errors which completely crashed the website last time.
Just as an added question,
I don’t really want to update Enfold – is there any risk of not having an up to date version installed? I know a while back my site crashed because the Enfold theme wasn’t up to date, is this normal?

Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Running old version of the theme is not a very good idea since they will eventually not be compatible with newer version of WordPress, and running old version of WordPress is not a good idea because of security.
