Hi, I updated to WordPress 4.0, which then didn’t allow me to edit in the publish panel. I read the support forums and knew to update to 2.9.2, but my Enfold auto-update panel was broken as well. So I re-downloaded from ThemeForest and uploaded via FTP. Now it says I am on 2.9.1 and is still broken. Can you point me in the right direction to a clean download of 2.9.2 to reinstall?
Thank you in advance!
~Rachel
Hey rachelcavery!
If you follow the steps I take in this video it should bring you up to date correctly: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
Devin
I followed all of the steps in the video – it’s still saying 3.9.1
(i have a screenshot) Can you point me to a known download of 3.9.2 and I can re-upload through FTP? I have a purchase code and all the required documentation.
Hi!
Try upgrading via Appearance > Themes > Add new, upload the theme (only the enfold folder) as .zip.

Josue
That did not work either. It says update failed. I have tried de-activating all plugins through PHP my admin, then reinstalling the update again. No dice. Please help!
Should I try to reinstall from a backup before I upgraded to 4.0 and upgrade the theme to 2.9.2 first through the Enfold panel?
Hey!
That could work.
If you are using the “Appearance > Themes > Add new” method you’d need to delete the old theme first.
Best regards,
Josue
