    Dear Kriesi

    I have just paid for 6 months support at Envato – i hope you can see that?

    sorry some of these question will be a bit basic as im not great as this. Hope you can help?

    I am currently running 3.5.1. can i update in one go to the latest version 4.5.5 – the site has errors at the moment

    my WordPress sees 4.5.5 as an option

    also i have created a child theme. how do i upgrade when i have an child theme

    Last night i downloaded the theme 4.5.5 and uploaded it to the site – i had the plugin called Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File installed and i followed a link from your support

    when i activated the them i got errors on many pages. i have now restored a back up

    can you help me – what have i done wrong

    Hey Austin1988,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Yes, you can update the theme to the latest version 4.5.5, but you have to do it manually this time because the automatic update on 3.5.1 is no longer working. The documentation should help you with the manual update.
