Update Theme from API key alert

Hi there,

I have had alerts to update Enfold appear and disappear within my WP admin recently (I haven’t actioned them).

I have another message now;
“Update Available! A new Version (2.4.2) of your Parent Theme (Enfold) is available! You are using Version 2.4. Do you want to update?”

But in your Changelog, the latest version is;
2013 October 20 – Version 2.4

Question: should theme updates be performed on the basis of an alert via Themeforest API Key, or should I wait until the Changelog has been updated and is showing what has actually changed ?

It’s difficult to update without knowing what has changed :)
