Please try to completely delete the theme folder, then upload a fresh copy of the theme to see if that helps.

Thanks for that. We don’t need access to your cPanel account, we need FTP access. I tried adding another FTP account but you have reached the limit already.

Thanks for that, those details do work. I checked the public_html folder which looks like a WordPress installation, except there is not wp-content folder in there. Where exactly is your site located?

Thanks for the update. I see a folder called temple, is that what you are referring to? Also, why doesn’t your WordPress installation have a wp-content folder?

Thanks for the clarification. I’ve uploaded a fresh copy via FTP, are we allowed to rename the currently active themes? Otherwise we can’t access WordPress in order to activate Enfold.

I renamed your current themes but that made no difference. I tried fixing your wp-config.php file as well, and deactivating the plugin (qtranslate) which was throwing errors. After that I don’t see any error messages, but I do see this:

HTTP ERROR 404I see that you have changed the location and name of your wp-content folder in the wp-config.php file, we can’t be responsible for fixing problems caused by customisations like that unfortunately. I would recommend that you remove that customisation to see what happens after that. The problems you are having are very likely not theme related.
