    Dear support team,

    Today I tried to update the theme ENFOLD for the following page: https://schollmeyer-baumpflege.de
    But I didn’t work at all.
    I already tried different ways, so also I installed and activated the plugin “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File”
    Then I tried to install again the newest version of Enfold by clicking on > DESIGN > Install Theme : but when i Want to upload the “enfold.zip”-data it does not work and it s always cancelled.

    What can I do to get the new version of ENFOLD installed?
    Could you help me and do this for me? I can confirm you, that I have already made a Backup of the site.
    I send you all the login data in the private area.

    Hi Diana,

    I’ve updated your site for you. If you are managing several WordPress sites then I would recommend that you learn how to upload the theme via FTP, it’s not very difficult and it’s much quicker than opening a ticket here and waiting for us to do it. There are also maintenance services out there if you should need a WordPress maintenance plan.
