Hello, we have already purchased and installed the theme on our website and we would like to update it. However, we have lost our themeforest login credentials and therefore we cannot find our purchase code. Is it possible that we extend the theme support with a new themeforest account? You can also check on our website’s backend that the theme is installed and registered. Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes, you can purchase another license and use it, under a different ThemeForest account.
