Thanks, the details are working now but they don’t have admin rights so we can’t access what we need. Please upgrade the rights for the user to admin.

As for the PHP version you mentioned earlier; PHP is software on the server which your site is running on, it doesn’t come with the theme. You should be able to see which version you are running in your hosting providers admin interface. We recommend running 7.1 or higher.

Thanks for that. I see that you have Enfold installed, but I’m guessing that the problem is that the site is missing it’s styling? Or did you lose all of your content as well?

You have 2 versions of the theme installed, did you install the latest one in a folder which is called something else than “enfold”?

Thanks for the update. I see that you are running 4.6.3.1 now and the site seems to to be working ok at least? I understand that you are having more than one problem with the site, but could we please try to focus on one at a time?

The reset button might have wiped your site yes, that is what it’s there for; to clear all theme settings.

So what would you like to do next? We can help you out with updating and deleting the old version of the theme if you like? If you need help with that then include FTP login details in private as well, along with a verification that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong.

@Imaginacomm: Thank you for joining in. The site contains a very old version of the theme, 4.5.2, which is no longer compatible with the recent version of WordPress and it also contains the now deprecated updater, so it will not going to work. You will have to update the theme manually via FTP this time.

Thanks for the update, I’m not sure what you mean by a different portal? You access FTP via FTP clients and there are no different portals to use. If you are referring to ports then yes, I tried both 21 and 23. 21 is default for plain FTP.
