    I noticed the latest update has removed the auto update for layerslider, and now require us to buy a separate license for USD$17? Can someone please confirm this? I might be wrong.

    Hi vin8tan!

    Can you please elaborate? You do not need to buy a separate license for LayerSlider. Updated version of LayerSlider was added with Enfold update, that is all.

    This section in layerslider is new after updating Enfold. just curious. I noticed Layerslider was updated along side the last theme update though.

    Hey!

    That is if you would like to use their auto-update feature when there is an update. Kriesi tests when there is a new version of LayerSlider and then includes into the theme anyway but if you do not want to wait while he is testing or use other features of LayerSlider, you can purchase a license.
