    The server does not give errors, when I open a page to modify it it does not load it, I cannot do anything. You can see for yourself, I gave you credentials to enter, at the beginning of the post.

    Hi,

    Your server is returning more than one error: https://snipboard.io/lmbX48.jpg, and it’s returning errors by just trying to navigate on the backend as well: https://snipboard.io/aXN7ec.jpg. This is not a general theme problem, if a theme problem at all. That is why we would need server logs in order to help you out further. Your hosting provider would likely be in a better position to help you out further though.

    So if I understand correctly we have to ask the provider to solve the situation through the logs that the server highlights?
    We do not have direct contact with the provider because another person we do not know has chosen it for our client.

    We can’t control your server in any way, so reaching out to the hosting provider would be your best course of action, yes.
