    Hi, I’m using 3.8 version enfold that my developer installed, but now after purchasing the theme and wanting to update it, will not update. What could be the cause of the problem? API key set and all credentials active.

    Hey froggyno1,

    Automatic updates doesn’t work on all server environments unfortunately, but you could try this plugin in order to clear WordPress transients to see if it helps: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/
