    Hallo lieber Support,

    ich kann leider nicht updaten…
    Wordpress behauptet: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.7)

    API Key ist eingetragen.

    Neuer Theme-Download von themeforest und -Upload auf meiner Seite hat auch nicht weitergeholfen.

    Die letzte Möglichkeit via FTP … kann ich nicht :(

    Please, check the Dashboard > Updates > Check updates button – if you can’t see anything, provide to us your WP credentials and website link in a secure note?

    Hi!

    Your ThemeForest username seems to be wrong. Please make sure to insert correct information – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    If you still do not receive update notification, please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest
