hi, I have version 1.3.1 installed and need to upgrade to the latest 3.0.2 as I am having issues with the admin panel and on the page the avia builder will not load – I have looked at your ftp instructions for upload on the latest version but can’t find a list of files to replace (like in your video)…
Please send me a list of files I need to update asap or assist, I have sent login details.
Thanks

You are using a very old version of the theme, please update all files. You are going to need to re-configure some options/elements

Most probably header – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-advanced-layout-editor/
and you may need to re-create some elements. There are many new elements and feature and many of them highlighted on the blog posts as new versions released – http://kriesi.at/blogBest regards,
YigitNovember 10, 2014 at 10:00 pm #349067Hi, I have updated and the problem is still there, plus I cannot now open the pull down screen options when I make or edit a page. I can’t open the advanced layout editor and the editor doesn’t load on old pages.
I have a screen grab to send to show you, where can I send it too?
thks

November 11, 2014 at 3:51 pm #349421Hi!
You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.
Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. I wanted to check your website but seems like login credentials no longer workRegards,

No, still seems like some files are broken, i do not think all files were updated successfully. Can you please also try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Cheers!

Please get a fresh copy the WordPress 4.0 file then override the old one. A file called jquery-migrate.js located on wp-includes > js > jquery folder is causing a lot of errors on the site.

IsmaelNovember 19, 2014 at 3:09 pm #353708I have updated the wordpress installation via the wordpress back-end, then downloaded and overwritten that file, still the same problems!
Please advise asap!November 20, 2014 at 10:00 am #354159Hey!
We’re sorry that you’re having this issue. We’re trying our best to locate the problem. Please go to wp-content folder then rename the plugins folder to something else, pluginsdeactivate for example. We would like to test it after all possible plugin conflicts have been totally remove. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to check.
Best regards,

I have made changes to php files that I do not want to overwrite by updating the entire theme. I had issues with the contact form after the WordPress update and would love to know the specific changes made so that I can edit the necessary files and rectify the problem.
Thanks!
November 21, 2014 at 11:55 am #355034Hi!
You can find changelog here – http://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990#item-description__changelog
If you are making changes on theme files, we are strongly recommending to use a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/Regards,

November 24, 2014 at 7:35 am #356566Hi!
I have made changes to php files that I do not want to overwrite by updating the entire theme. I had issues with the contact form after the WordPress update and would love to know the specific changes made so that I can edit the necessary files and rectify the problem.
So.. you didn’t update the entire theme folder? I’m sorry but we won’t be able to help you track back specific file changes on the theme. Please update the entire theme folder in order to fix this issue.
Now that you’re using WordPress 4.0.1, please update the theme to 3.0.4. This should fix the contact form issues.
Cheers!
