    today i tried an update from enfold 3.8.4. to enfold 4.3 on my clients website: http://www.arteffekt.at/

    i get this error code after the update via FTP: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/.sites/633/site513/web/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:14) in /home/.sites/633/site513/web/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8

    how can i fix this error? i send you the backend logins to check.

    thank you guys. i use the actuall wordpress core with a child theme of enfold :)

    Hi,

    Please go to /home/.sites/633/site513/web/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file.
    If you would like us to delete it for you, please post FTP logins here privately.

    Hi,

    During update folders were merged instead of being replaced. I believe Victoria deleted duplicate files and that helped.
