    Hi Christian or collegue,

    Some years ago an acquaintance of mine purchased the Enfold theme for me and putted it on my wordpress. I filled it myself and still am very happy with it. However my acquaintance seems to be disappeared from earth and I cannot update the theme myself and there for cannot make any adjustments anymore. Please can you help me? Is it possible that you, when I purchase the theme once more but now directly myself, to update the theme for me? Now I’m forced to build the website all over again and don’t know how to solve this. Please help!

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Your website is currently using a very old version of Enfold. As i understand, you cannot contact your acquaintance to even get your license.
    In that case, you could purchase your own license and register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/, start a new thread under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post and post WordPress admin logins in private content field so we can gladly update the theme for you :)

    Hi Yigit,

    Thank you very much for your reply. So when I purchase the license you can update the theme without having to rebuild the website and from that on I can make updates and maintenance myself??

    Hey Debby,

    Yes, that is correct. You would only need to refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ and generate a personal token to auto update the theme since we cannot generate that one for you. After inserting it in Enfold theme options, you would receive update notifications and update the theme with a single click from WordPress dashboard :)
