    When I update Enfold via ftp, my website looks bad. And when I update to the new wordpress too.
    So I decided not to update at the moment, since I have to make changes to my client’s website.
    Is there any support that can help me to do this?

    Hey itziarsolla,
    Thank you for the logins, can you please explain what you mean by the site looks “bad” when you update?
    Are elements broken, do you get an error message?

    Hi Mike,

    I’m the designer of the web.
    I have returned to the old version and didn’t update wordpress.
    The client is making some changes on the web and until we finish, I will not update.
    I will contact you again when we have the final design. Thanks and sorry!

    Some elements were broken and I also got an error message, thats why I have the old version now.
    When I finish the web I will update and see what happens
