    Hi,
    I tried updating the latest version of the Enfold template (2.9) which I downloaded this week and the WP install fails. I am currently using an earlier version (2.4.5) of the template for a client site. Can you please direct how to update the Enfold template?

    Hi Annie!

    Make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress (3.9.1) and disable all third-party plugins before updating.

    Josue,

    Thank you for your timely response. I realized I did not input my API key which was a requirement (I was trying to upload the template as new, which is what caused the failed upload notice).

    New version uploaded successfully, thanks!
