Update Enfold theme error (prettyPhoto)

Hi there,

I just updated my version of WordPress to the latest, which has created some problems with website pages.
To find a solution to this, I thought it would be good to update my theme, Enfold, to version 3.3.2 (currently at 2.8.1 – update long overdue, I know). My active theme is Enfold child so it shouldn’t create any problems in terms of customisations.
However, I am getting an error message when trying to update it. The error message is as follows:
‘The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
js/prettyPhoto/images/prettyPhoto/default/x.htm’

I didn’t have the prettyPhoto plugin so I downloaded it in the hope that it might sort itself out and tried doing the update again, but to no avail.

Any ideas?
