    Hello everybody

    Today I have to once again turn to you with the following problem.

    Preliminary update the data:

    – WordPress 4.5.3
    – Enfold 5.6.1 and additional
    WooCommerce 2.6.3
    WPML 3.4.1 and associated plugins up to date
    – CSS and functions.php supplemented (Sidebar Single Page with right Go Back button)
    WooCommerce Multil 3.8.2 (inactive causes error, see Figure B-001)

    Update of Enfold through, since there are the following errors:

    – All ADD to Cart appear in all four languages ​​in English
    – Shopping is also displayed in English
    – Checkout page is not displayed in the selected language
    – Checkout page Italian is not translated or mishmash

    The shortcuts are all correct. There are no strings WPML used to Theme (Enfold) or plug-ins to translate.

    All plugins deactivated and added individually, there is no change (Cash deleted)

    The trouble is on three site of MEXX. Even with a complete new installation, the SQL database to know no old data entries.
    Then the payment options are not displayed. And the category Images not.

    Hey MEXX,

    not sure what this is about. Can you show us the issues please? I don’t know what you want to show us with your current screenshot.

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    danke für die Aufstellung und Anweisungen, habe ich aber alles schon so abgearbeitet, bevor ich Euch angeschrieben habe.

    Nach dem Update simmen die Übersetungen nicht mehr. und es wird immer in Englisch angezeigt im Warenkorb und auf der Bestellseite.

    Wir benutzen WPML aber nicht für die Theme übersetzung.

    Desweiteren werden auch nicht auf der Bezahl Seite die Zahlungsarten angezeigt, erst nach dem die Bestellung auf den Weg gebrachte wurde, erfolgt eine Fehlermeldung und dann erscheinen die Zahlungsarten.

    Probiere es gerne selbst aus. Und dann mussten wir auch feststellen, das der Gutschein nicht funktioniert.

    Ich möchte Dich bitten, das Du einen komplett Bestellung vornimmst. Das geht schneller und Du siehst dann selbst am besten was nicht funktioniert. Wenn ich es schreibe kommen nur Missverständnisse auf.

    Please stick to one issue/question only. Open a new ticket for a different one.

    Hi Andy,

    okay, but the screenshots gives confusion.

    The best place an order in French and one in Italian. German and English is translated correctly in Theme Enfold. Besides the payment options also missing here.

    Enclosed the Screenhots. Please make a purchase, then everything is self-explanatory.

    3.7.1 of the theme was released during the weekend, could you try updating to see if that helps?

    thanks for the message.

    Have switched to Enfold 5.7.1.
    All assigned pages again.
    Updated every Pflugins and activated in succession.

    Problem persists and the Google Map problem came about including Account sidebar.

    What do we do now?

    Hi,

    As already written, everything mishmash on our sites, since installing Enfold.

    This should now be resolved as soon as possible please.

    Now come two more errors to can as seen from the Annex.

    Google Map works on the German site, in the other the error message.

    Then the Google code will be displayed.

    This is the first time that we have these problems with Enfold and incomprehensible.

    Asking for quick remedy, thank you.

    Just as a side note, WPML and WooCommerce Support unanimously say that this is a Enfold Theme is error.

    Hi,

    Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    you’re using an old version of the theme, so please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

    if you had read the post to before, then you would have seen that it has not lößt problems.

    The current variant least shows everything on English. And so that customers do not come clear.

    The Enfold 3.7.1 is available, you need only activate and then you see the problem already.

    As I said, but all plugins disabled as the problem already existed with WooCommerce.

    There is a new version for WPML plugin. Please keep all plugins always updated.

    Would be best to contact WPML and WooCommerce support about this issue, too.

    Hi Andy,

    thanks for the information. But we had already been done, and written in the first post. WooCommerce and WPML have everything checked our SQL database and have said that is a problem Enfold.

    And then I just turned myself to you.

    All Plugin were up to date, we always do

    Were also never had problems, except for the last Enfold version.

    I can’t reproduce the issue on my own installation, so I guess the outdated plugin versions are causing this on your end.

    If we activate our Replete of kriese, no problems.
    I’d change, only the effort is not worthwhile.
