    Hello, I got a message to update Enfold, but it is not succeeding.
    The following message is appearing:

    Thema Enfold (1/1) updating
    Update downloading from https://marketplace-downloads.customer.envatousercontent.com/

    There’s a failure by updating Enfold: Downloading not succeeded. Forbidden.

    Can you please let me know what’s going wrong?

    Which version of Enfold are you running?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hello,
    I’m using an old topic for a new question, because I can’t open a new support ticket. (I saw I’m not the only one).

    My question:
    I want to add a search box in the sidebar, but if I do so, I get only the text “Search”, but not the search box to enter a search term. How can I solve this?
