    Hi – I got an email from envato at the begining of November that an update to enfold 3.4 is available and am just getting to this update…

    when I check my enfold child theme where my enfold key is – it says:

    “Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.3)”

    Should I use ftp to install the theme download directly from envato? I don’t understand why it is not showing updates on my dashboard where it has in the past?

    Hey AmyKozak!

    Yes, it seems that your API isn’t updating correctly.

    Please try updating via FTP.

    got it updated – although it says it is version 3.4.3 on my dashboard – I can see that the version folder in the zip file I downloaded from envato says it is version 3.4.4 – is there possibly another problem going on?

    Hi!

    Since you updated via FTP, you should be using version 3.4.4.

    Due to an unchanged stylesheet it currently displays as 3.4.3 despite being 3.4.4. This should be resolved in the next update.
