Hi,
I updated the theme and was then missing my website. The hosting company had to remove enfold completely. I am now unable to re-install it.
Please help.
Thank you.

I updated a clients website yesterday from 4.2.1 to 4.3 and the whole site went down! Oops!
Luckily I had a backup ready and put that back on the ftp server. But I’m afraid to update now, what to do?
Please see the link to the website below in private content.Cheers

May 1, 2018 at 11:01 pm #949728Hi,
Content of folder was not updated correctly and that was causing issue. There were major update on theme files on Enfold 4.3 but there should not be such issues in future.
Cheers!

The NetherlandsMay 2, 2018 at 1:03 pm #950029Hey,
@c0rien Please try updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If you would like us to update the theme for you, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well :)Best regards,

Please, what can I do to install the updates?Thank you.
May 9, 2018 at 11:20 pm #954205Hi,

BasilisMay 9, 2018 at 11:55 pm #954233Hi team. I like your theme. Good work.
But after update I ve had many bugs
Firstis:
php 5.3 can’t open web site. when I try to change version to 5.4-7.2 I was shocked, many elements on page have some php tail with half code… I posted about it in theme forest comments.
So I restored from backup old version and waiting bugs fixing or my brain fixing! New version works quickly but many pages don’t work correctly mainly by construction mode

May 10, 2018 at 11:59 am #954483That’s not what I wanted to hear.
Only the Enflold theme is having that problem with my website. When I want to install an update, my site crashes. Why? What’s the problem? You helped twice and it works. But I would like to update my page by myself.
Do you have any instructions to avoid that my page crashes. F. e. downloading the theme from themeforest and uploading it via FTP? What do I have to consider?
Thank you.May 11, 2018 at 8:39 am #955076Hi karinaschuh,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Can you please check server log for error?
Here is how to find it: http://snapcreek.com/blog/wordpress-error-log-friend/

VictoriaMay 11, 2018 at 8:39 am #955077Hi FirasHajj,

VictoriaMay 11, 2018 at 1:42 pm #955283I checked check server log for error. I now got another issue. Please take a look.
I will then start a new thread!May 12, 2018 at 7:46 am #955588Hi karinaschuh,
You need to have this constant WP_DEBUG_LOG defined once and you obviously have it in two places. Check your files.
Best regards,
