Hi there,
Please can you assist with an issue that appeared after I updated the enfold theme (3.5.3) and now one of my pages have “corrupted” nothing shows except the logo and menu.
Help please!!

Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
If that don’t solve the issue as there are a lot of pages in the backend would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

Thank you so much for your response. I have tried the Empty Cache and Hard Reload a couple of times and sadly this doesn’t work. The issue is only happening with 1 page – the “About Us” page – it shows only the logo and menu bar. When I do the refreshes it shows a bit of the text for about a second and then goes blank or white again.
All the other pages are perfect.

Can you please disable all of your plugins, clear cache and give it a try?
IT seems that the page can not load for a reason, so we do need to check those details alsoCheers!

I have just tried that and unfortunately it did nothing. I am going to create another About Us page rather and if that works I will delete this one.

I deleted the layerslider on the About Us page and the page now loads. I will redo the layerslider and see if I can insert again otherwise I will just change the concept.
