    Hello people,

    I received an email to update the Enfold theme on 07/22 and after updating directly via the WordPress platform, the theme options are gone and the editing of pages and posts is broken, only loading endlessly. Could you help me please?

    Thanks for the login details, please upgrade the account to have admin rights as we can’t access the theme options otherwise.

    Yes, it returned to normal because I changed a code that was passed to me. However, I still face problems with the icons that appear as squares. I’ve done the tutorial several times and still don’t come back.

    Thanks for the update. I see the missing icons on my end as well, but I can’t see any error messages in the browser which are usually present. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if that makes any difference please?

    Hello,

    I tried to disable all plugins, but nothing happens. The icons only reappear when I put the default theme of WordPress Twenty Twenty.

    Hello,

    I contacted the host, but their response was that the insertion of settings in nginx.conf unfortunately cannot be done because it changes the structure they have already used with other customers. So I got in touch with another professional who made settings on the server + settings from the website’s .htaccess file and the icons reappeared!
