    Hello,
    I am addressing you for 2 problems that I met
    The first
    My website myteamswings.org was created by a developer with whom I d’not have any contact today unfortunately, so I ca’not know my password nor my name of customer, nor the mail address which he transmitted to you when I bought my ENFOLD THEME.

    At the end of this year (December) I made a wordpress update after which I couldn’t update my site, I’m not a developer and informations are gone complex on your forum, I understand that I will most likely need to take a process by FTP or uninstall the ENFOLD version and reinstall a new.
    But to be able to use these processes I’ll need my login passwords …
    How/what should I to do ?
    May be the answer is in the second part:
    I’m about to create 2 other websites and I saw that you have a pro offer of 110$ (+/-) for the creation of 5 sites.
    So maybe I can then buy this formula and correct my website myteamswings in using my new ENFOLD file.
    But still a problem I cannot find the offer on the internet (it’s really not my day) the only link I find is https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
    could you help me solve this two question?
    Will it be possible to do what I think…
    If yes, can you send me pleas the link to bay the pro-formula of 5 sites?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    1- You would need access to ThemeForest that was used to purchase the theme to update the theme and receive support from us. If you are not able to contact the developer who made the purchase, i am afraid you are going to need to purchase a new license here – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

    2- We sell Enfold exclusively on ThemeForest and they only offer two license options, regular and extended. As far as i know, they have never offered such pro license. In your case, regular license would work. Each domain requires a separate license therefore for two sites, you would need two licenses.
