    A customer of mine have a site aparantly using your theme Enfold. They are using version Version: 3.8.4 and are unable to update any text on the site.
    They just see a spinning circle when they are trying to edit something.

    Can we just buy the latest Enfold version from Themeforest and update that to make everything work again or is there any considerations?
    The people that made the site is no longer in business so we need to solve this ourselves.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently using an older version of the theme which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Updating the theme would solve the issue as you have guessed.

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.6.2.

    Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)
