Our site uses an Enfold Custom Widget Area to display ACF values in post sidebars. Everything appears to be working properly with the exception of the ACF Date Picker element. The ACF specficiation for the Date Picker editing display and output display has been selected but when viewing that field output on the front end, the formatting specification is ignored. For example, output should be formatted as May 27, 2024, but instead displays as 20240527.
I’ve been discussing the issue with ACF Tech Support and they’ve suggested that there may be some interaction with the Enfold Custom Widget Area component. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to rectify this issue?

Note that geotargeting is in effect on the website, so the page linked above can only be viewed from USA.
ACF tells me that their plugin does not provide a “Get Custom Field” element for use in widgets. Is this widget element an Enfold item?

Thanks for the link to your page, but I don’t find a Review Date on your page.
I’m not sure what you are tring to do, but when you add a datepicker in a field group ACF gives you options for the Display Format and Return Format and both include a custom value, so I would think that you could adjust this to suit.

MikeI’ve just discovered that the “Get Custom Field” widget element is provided by another plugin, so this actually might NOT be an Enfold issue. I’ve contacted the developer of this other plugin to investigate further.
