    I already had critical errors in some Enfold (only dutch) installs with version 4.8.7.1 and php 8.0 hosted on one.com
    When I downgraded to php 7.4 evrything was OK. (more or less because I had to go back to PHP 7.4)

    Now with the new 4.8.8 release I was hopefull the issues would e resolved.
    But again a critical error

    I reverted back to PHP 7.4 and I have +/- 8 websites with the same issue

    I only have guest access to the PHP files via the one.com dashboard. I cannot make FTP access. I will sent details from another website with same issue soon… But my laptop just decided to do a major update 🙄

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Please activate the Appearance->Theme Editor functionality in WordPress if you can’t get FTP login details. Otherwise we can’t access the theme files in any way.

    @Rikard @Yigit Theme Editor functionality is turned on + website PHP is set to 8.1
    If you find the fix please elaborate because I have several Enfold installs with this issue.

    Thank you for update.

    Have you tried editing the avia_blog.php file as instructed in this thread?

    Please check your child theme and make sure that the avia_blog.php file is not there. If it is, please remove it temporarily.

    Hey,

    We have found out that the issue is related to translation in Dutch language files. We have fixed the issue and will include it in upcoming version.

    You can download fixed language files here – https://www.mediafire.com/file/i3mgmj4xjrz1vdw/nl_NL.zip/file. Please unzip and then upload nl_NL.po and nl_NL.mo files inside /wp-content/themes/enfold/lang/ folder via FTP. If you need assistance, please post FTP logins here privately and we will update the files for you :)
