    Hello,
    I am new to Enfold but not to WordPress at all.
    I purchased Enfold this week and it installed 4.5.2. Now the update page tells me to update to 4.5.3.
    This does not work. I always get
    Beim Aktualisieren von Enfold ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Download fehlgeschlagen. Forbidden

    Please tell me what is wrong here.

    I disabled the login since I did not get any reply during the day. Also, I found what I wrote in my last post.

    Update:
    By chance, I got to the page Design-Themes, where you see the themes installed. There the Enfold logo showed: Update available. I clicked on Update there and it updated within seconds. Looking at Enfold-Theme update it now displays

    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.3)
    !!!!!
    PLEASE fix this very annoying and irritating two-way behaviour! Decide for one way which must work reliably!
    There are more such two-ways where you do similar (or the same) things in the Enfold Customizer and the WP standard tools which interfere each other. Also there is a mixup of many layout settings and many detail customizations get lost when trying another blog layout option, etc.
    So far after one week trials and errors, it is still very irritating for me. And I am not a WP beginner….
    Actually I got to the themes page because I am looking for alternatives… It looks like Enfold is too heavy and complicated for me. You know, the first impression decides…

    Hi Stephan,

    Sorry for the problems, this is due to a change in the Envato platform and we’re still having problems with some details. It should hopefully all be fixed in the next version of the theme though.
