    Thanks for the performance update. Unfortunately I have some problems with the new features.
    The recommended option “load only used Elements” does not work right. When i activate it, the elements used on my site don’t work anymore. What can I do? Is there an option to see which elements i use on the site?

    Another Problem: The Cookie Consent banner isn’t displayed on the first site (Startseite). on the subsites it works. Can you fix it?

    Hey,

    Could you please create a temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it?
    Also, please point out the page where your elements do not work when load only used elements option is enabled?.

    Hi,

    I deactivated your cache plugin and your front page loads fine on my end at the moment, including cookie notice. Could you please check your website once again and let us know if you see any issues?

    Ok thanks – without the caching plugin it works. So I can’t use a caching plugin?

    I have now a problem with the frontpage on my smartphone … the slider shows the arrows to left and right as on the desktop version and the points beneath the title as well.     Helly guys, i update my theme 4.2 to 4.3 and now my site have lot issues i think that have something to javascript, but in the inspector, i dont see errors.
    i make a clean update folder, after normal update on enfold options make that issues… nothing change.

    Mansonry, slider,s rotations title etc.. dont show anymore. I deactivate all plugins and nothing works Can you help pls? Private content here have admin user for you can check ok?

    Guys, i think i make this happen, BUT i dont have sure ok?

    i install wp optimize db plugin, and make clean optimization… NOW IS OK!

    I reactivate plugin by plugin, and turn on almost all new feature in performance tab. Is ok for now ;)
    even instagram widget..

    HI there!

    I was running the older version and my site was a mess, then updated to 4.3 and it’s still a mess. My apologies in advance, I’m not very skilled in how to fix backend issues. But here are the error messages that appeared in the dashboard.

    PLEASE HELP. I’m including all info in Private Content for you to take a look. Not sure if this is a theme issue, WordPress issue or host issue. PLEASE ADVISE at your very earliest convenience.

    Hi James,

    These errors are not theme related.

    You should be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly. You might want to consider upgrading your php version. You need to write to your hosting provider and ask them to do it. Better even upgrade to php7.
