    If i update and put the new downloaded update, what about all the changes and translation and CSS correction i made?

    Hey,

    Please create a backup of the files you modified. They will overwritten when you update the theme. You can also use a child theme to preserve the changes you made.

    What’s the best way to update the theme? copy them via ftp or do an actual “upgrade” in WP?

    For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https:/vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

    I prefer updating via FTP as I can see if there are any failures and re-up them.

    Oh its first now i found out about a child theme.. DAMN… do you have a link to a guide how to do that with a child theme.. i mean how and where to install it, for the future pages i am going to make?

    Because i corrected so many pages (besides CSS) in the one i made now, so thats going to be very complicated to upgrade.. :D
