    Hello,
    One of my employees (V AUDEVAL) bought the Enfold theme on the 15 sept. 2017.
    I want to update this theme but it asks me an API Key which I have not.
    I neither have access to the Envato ou Themeforest accounts of my employee who lived the company in 2017.
    I just have an invoice and an Envato Credit code. This code do not help me to update….
    What do I have to do ?

    Hey Hervé,

    Sorry for the problem. Would it be possible for you to get access to the account which was used to buy the theme from your former employee? If so then please try reaching out to him or her. If not then please contact Envato support, as we can’t help out with licensing problem like these. If they can’t help you out either then I think you would have to buy a new license unfortunately.
