Hallo,
Unsere beiden Homepages sind mit Enfold aufgebaut.
Seit einiger Zeit haben wir Schwierigkeiten mit Textanpassungen. Die Seiten werden im Classic Modus angezeigt. Beim Editieren einer Seite werden nun auch Formate angezeigt, was ein Editieren sehr mühsam macht, s. nachstehendes Beispiel. Was ist zu tun, damit wir die Textinhalte ohne Formate sehen und anpassen können?

We have purchased Enfold through an internet agency who built up our homepage with us. The internet agency does not exist anymore and we do not have a purchase code / API key. Without purchase code / API key I cannot register and login to your side.
I need your technical support. How can I proceed?

Sorry for the problem. If you have no way of accessing the Themeforest account then I think it would be best if you purchased a license of your own. Otherwise you will have this same problem each time you want to update, which you should do frequently in order to keep your site functioning as it should. I see that you are running a very old version on the Cornfeld site, so it needs to be upgraded. We can help you out with updating once you have a license.

Thank you for your note.
We purchased our homepage through an internet agency. I will ask them to send me the API key and will then try to log in for the technical support.
What makes more sense: to update our current homepage which still shows all relevant information or to purchase a new licence which allows us to build up a complete new homepage with more or less the same content as today?Best regards,

If you actually own a license then you don’t need to purchase anything else, but if you don’t then I would advice you to get one as you set yourself up for problems if you don’t have direct access to the theme files or automatic updates.
If you can get a token from your developers then that should be fine, but it’s better if you actually have direct access to it yourself.
